Directors' Dilemma: "How Do I Develop a Crisis Plan Before I Know What the Crisis Is?"

Though not quite as certain as death and taxes, most companies should expect, and consequently plan for, the fact that they are likely to experience a crisis of some kind. At our next breakfast program, NACD-CT will have as its panel the Burton Award winning authors of “Board Leadership for the Company in Crisis.” Attendees can expect to hear strong insight and direction on how best to develop a crisis plan, now, when there is no crisis. Topics to be addressed include:
